Pie chart graphs showing percentages of fertilizers and pesticides used in the Spring Mill Lake watershed.

The land use/land cover database was also used to calculate annual agricultural application of various pesticides and inorganic fertilizers within the Spring Mill Lake watershed. The application rates were then used to calculate the estimated annual load or transport of the pesticides and fertilizers in the streams and ground water within the watershed.
