The Indiana Geological Survey booth at the 2006 convention of the Hoosier Association of Science Teachers, Inc. provided an excellent opportunity for nearly 2,000 teachers from all over Indiana to interact with professional scientists and to learn about the products and services offered by the IGS. The event took place February 8-10 in the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
IGS staff members who helped prepare, transport, and staff the booth included Jay Arnold, John Day, Chris Ebey, Dan Fox, Janis Fox, Sam Frushour, Ginny Haddan, Barb Hill, Paul Irwin, Marni Karaffa, Jeff Kirby, Kim Sowder, Todd Thompson, Chris Walls, Donna Webb, Amzie Wenning, and Amanda Wilson.
