We recommend that participants who intend to fly to the conference make arrangements to terminate their flights in Indianapolis (IND). Bloomington Shuttle Service (see below) operates a shuttle bus that makes stops nine times each day at the Indianapolis International Airport, and in Bloomington at the Willkie Residence Center, Courtyard by Marriott, the Hampton Inn, and the Indiana Memorial Union.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the number of conference participants arriving in Indianapolis, reservations must be made with Bloomington Shuttle Service well in advance of scheduled travel. This will assure you have a seat on a shuttle to Bloomington and will avoid long delays at the airport.

This residence center is composed of two 11-story towers; two apartment buildings; and a central services building. Apartments for three to four guests are available. Laundry facilities are included in the apartments and a few are modified for disabled guests. The two towers provide several types of suites; all suites have full baths and some are modified to accommodate the disabled.
